Helen Winifred Logue

Helen “Win” W. Logue, 89, died July 13, 2012 peacefully at her home. She was born on June 11, 1923 to the late Guy P. and Grace L. (Stewart) Sartwell. She was the wife of the late William "Bill" F. Logue.

Win was an executive secretary at Phillips Petroleum Co. for many years. She was secretary for Bill Parker who held number 7 pilots license and has a plane in the Tulsa International Airport.. She also held many offices, from president to secretary for the following clubs, Amberwood Garden Club, Organic Garden Club Benton County Historical Society, Rogers Gem and Mineral Society, Floralia Arrangers Club, Northwest Arkansas Rose Society, and member of the Beautification Committee for the Rogers Chamber of Commerce. She delivered Meals on Wheels for 19 years.

Win is survived by her son: Bob S. and wife Jill Logue of Garland TX, daughter Becky and husband Mike Christenson of Rogers, six grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband, son Stephen Logue and her sister Opal Renfrow.

Visitation will be Tuesday July 17, 2012 from 5-7pm in Callison-Lough Funeral Home Chapel, Rogers. Funeral services will be Wednesday at 10:00am in St. Vincent de Paul Church in Rogers with a burial to follow at National Cemetery in Fayetteville.
