Dub was an avid fisherman and deer hunter. He also enjoyed working on and driving the race car he built himself. As a youth, he played baseball for Sunnyside Baptist Church in Rogers.
His survivors include his parents, Virginia and Jake (DC) Stokes; his sister, Linda Petree; and many loving extended family and friends.
All are invited to visit with the family from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 13 at Rollins Funeral Home in Rogers. Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. on Friday at Rollins Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Walnut Hill Cemetery in Garfield.
