Janice was a woman with a heart as warm as the sunshine she loved to feel while working in her yard. Whether she was tending to her flowers, planning her next camping trip, or spending time with her beloved fur babies, she brought love, patience, and joy to everything she did. Her laughter and kindness filled every room she entered, and her gentle spirit touched everyone who was lucky enough to know her.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Stephen Mullins, her mother, Hazel Locklin, and her father, Earl Dean Locklin, Sr.
Janice is survived by her daughter, Tonya Catalan, and son-in-law, Marvin Catalan, who will forever cherish her memory and the countless moments of love and guidance she shared.
Janice will be remembered for her strength, her nurturing heart, and her joyful appreciation for life’s simple pleasures. Her presence will be deeply missed, but the love she gave will continue to bloom in the hearts of those who knew her.
A private service will be held to honor her life, and her family invites those who knew Janice to remember her in their own special way — perhaps by spending a quiet afternoon outdoors or giving extra love to a pet in her memory.
Forever loved, forever missed.
