On August 30, our sweet son passed away. He is survived by his parents (Matthew and Frances Jason), His sisters (Chloe and Mary Frances Jason), and his paternal grandmother (Anna Jason). Preceding him were his grandparents Walter and Gee Mobley (Maternal grandparents) and John Jason (paternal Grandfather).
John was loved by everyone who met him. Although his life was tragically cut short, he had an old soul and would fill the room with his contagious laugh. John loved his family very much. He visited his grandmother every day after work to share a meal and watch a movie or show. He would never leave a room without telling each of how that he loved us and a great big hug that felt like he was holding you in the palm of his hand.
John also had a supportive friend group that they lovingly referred to themselves as “The Boys” that had been friends since high school. They regularly got together and played D&D, would grab a meal, traveled to Cheese Cake Factory in Tulsa (this was not a one time thing) and supported each other through hard times.
John will be eternally missed by anyone who knew him. We love you John.
