Raised in Rogers, Kendall enjoyed an active childhood surrounded by family and friends. A gifted athlete, he excelled in both football and baseball and graduated from Rogers High School in 1986. He went on to attend the University of Arkansas, where he earned bachelor’s degrees in accounting and marketing and was a proud member of the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity.
While Kendall accomplished much throughout his life, his greatest source of pride and joy was his family. He was a devoted son, husband, father, uncle, and friend who built his life around the people he loved most. He treasured time spent with family and friends and made it a priority to be present, never missing a game, performance, celebration, or milestone in his children’s lives.
A man of strong faith, Kendall attended Fellowship Bible Church. His legacy lives on in the family he cherished, the friendships he nurtured, and the countless lives he touched through his love, faith, generosity, and unexpected dry humor. He will be remembered for his steadfast devotion to those he loved, his quiet strength, his caring heart, and the lasting impact he made on everyone fortunate enough to know him.
Kendall was preceded in death by his father, Billy Rodgers, and his brother, Bryan Rodgers.
He is survived by his mother, Charlotte Rodgers of Rogers, Arkansas; his beloved wife, Heather; and his cherished sons, Jackson and Cooper, of the home. He is also survived by his nephews, Kyle Rodgers of Bentonville, and Gavin Rodgers and his wife, Rawny, of Highlandville, Missouri; his niece, Holly Rodgers of Bentonville; great-nieces, Charliegh and Haddy; lifelong friend, Daryn Fox of Bentonville; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends who will miss him greatly.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made to the Life Way Christian School Foundation through Pure Charity, in gratitude for the love, support, and encouragement the Life Way Christian School community has so generously shown to Kendall’s children and family.
