She is preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Gladys Day.
Lori is survived by: daughter, Mia Moulden of Fayetteville; son, Jake McDaniel of Siloam Springs; mother, Pamela Moulden of Rogers; boyfriend, Chris Speer of Rogers; sister, Jennifer Casey (Daniel) of Bella Vista; Nieces Brenna, Amber, Hannah, Lauren, and Michelle Casey and nephew Andrew Casey of Bella Vista. She is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles and cousins.
The family will hold a private memorial service at a later date.
