Loyd C McGarrah

Loyd C. McGarrah, died November 29, 2011 at Northwest Medical Center. He was born March 26, 1949 to the late Virgil and Virginia L. (Knott) McGarrah. He was the loving husband of Margaret (MacMakin) for 47 years.

He loved being with his family.

He is survived by his two sons, Gene and Teresa McGarrah and Denver and Shana McGarrah; daughter, Tammy and Mike Kohler; adopted daughter, Brooklyn Beebe; brothers, Lonnie and Linda McGarrah, Larry and Louise McGarrah, Denver and Rita McGarrah; sister, Mary and Rick Lackey; grandchildren, Gene McGarrah Jr., Jesse McGarrah, Sharina McGarrah, Tamra Oetting, Denver McGarrah Jr., Shiane McGarrah, Kristal Parham, Christina Laurens, Jessica Cooper, Virginia Huff; 10 great-grandchildren and best friend, Rod Beebe.

He is preceded in death by his brother, Leslie McGarrah and grandson Cody McGarrah.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, December 3, 2011 at 1:00 in the Powell Twin Springs Church of Nazarene in Powell, MO.
