Please feel my heartfelt condolences for your loss.  You and Marcus were heroes in my book - always there for each other, living and loving together for so many years.  May you be blessed with sweet memories and the love of your friends and family.

To me, Marcus is one of my personal heroes. I have had very few like him in my own lifetime. I salute him for his service, his sacrifices and his time as a German POW. I salute you for your devotion, your own sacrifices and for giving him your ever present encouraging and comforting words.

I know from talking with you how very much he meant to you. The mutual admiration was obvious; a special blessing the two of you shared.

God rest his soul and bring you peace. May He also keep His angels close by your side. With love and an enduring offer of an ear and a shoulder if you ever want one, Little Bro Person.

Thanks for your service--as is typical of most WWII vets, I never knew of it. I enjoyed our many conversations during the 1990s about issues in the city of Calion. All the best to you and yours.
