

Marvin served in the Marine Corps during World War II. He was a farmer for most of his life before relocating to Northwest Arkansas in 1977. Marvin enjoyed gardening, working outside, tending to animals and doing mechanical work. He also enjoyed time spent with his family, especially his grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Nancy Lyles Robinson; two brothers; two sisters; and a great-granddaughter.
He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Iva Mae Lyles, formerly of Rogers; a brother, John Lyles of Hale Center, Texas; a daughter, Debbie (Mike) Acridge of Bella Vista; a son, Ronnie (Linda) Lyles of Centerton; a daughter, Jacque (Bobby) Morden of Sherwood; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
A visitation will be held Thursday, Feb. 13, 2014, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Rollins Funeral Home Chapel in Rogers.
A graveside service will be Friday, Feb. 14, 2014, at 11 a.m. at Little Flock Cemetery in Little Flock.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
