Matthew Aaron Milliken, 47, of Bentonville, Arkansas, passed away on Monday, April 27, 2026, at Northwest Medical Center in Springdale from heart disease. He was born in Houston, Texas, on January 24, 1979, to Billy Milliken and Elaine Gowens Milliken. Matt loved country music, antique Chevy trucks and signs, and spending time with his furry friend Annie, a miniature goldendoodle. He made a profession of faith as a teenager at First Baptist Church in Van Buren. He graduated from Van Buren High School in 1997.
Matt's final act of kindness was to give the gift of life through organ and tissue donation.
He is survived by his son, Wyatt Milliken (Madison) of Tulsa and his daughter Maycei Musgraves of Belleville, Illinois; two brothers, Dan Milliken (Heather) of Bentonville and Sean Milliken (Whitney) of Marshall, Arkansas; and his mother, Elaine Milliken of Bentonville.
He was preceded in death by his father, Billy Milliken.
There will be no visitation. A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 1, 2026, at 10:00am at Bentonville Cemetery under the direction of Rollins Funeral Home in Rogers, with Bro. Craig Whitt officiating. Pallbearers are his nephews Cody Milliken, John Milliken, and Isaac Milliken, his cousins Jeff Roden, Michael Roden, and Joe Milliken, and his uncles Kenny Trent and Ed Milliken.
