A proud veteran, Mitch served his country during the Vietnam War from 1971 until 1975. After being honorably discharged, he went on to receive his Bachelor's of Arts degree from California State University at Dominguez Hills.
Mitch is survived by his loving wife, Bea Fosmore; his sons, Bruce S. Fraser and Scott Fosmore; and seven grandchildren.
Mitch will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
