She was born on May 8, 1927 in Reeds, Missouri to the late
Roy and Louise (McCollum) Alumbaugh. She was the loving
wife of 57 years to the late Charles Laney.
She was a longtime member of the Lakeside Baptist Church.
She is survived by her son, Garry Laney of Bentonville;
3 daughters, Kandy Buckner of Bentonville,
Jayme Hartman of Bentonville and Jayne Nagy of
North Carolina; 21 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren
and several nieces and nephews including, Monroe
Alumbaugh and Janice Dryer, whom she raised as her own.
A funeral service will be Thursday, November 14, 2013
at 11:00am in Rollins Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will
follow at Martin Cemetery, in LaRue, Arkansas.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 5 until 7pm at Rollins.
