Many fond memories of ice cream at the Barbee's after the evening church service in Neodesha. I was just a child but can remember the warm & welcoming feeling in their home. I was so blessed to have been surrounded by loving people like Ralph & Barbara Barbee. May God bless your family during this time. Prayers to you all.

We have experienced such comfort, during this time, from Mom and Dad's extended family--some practical (food, airport transportation)and those ever-important intangibles (prayer and hugs!) You have been so complimentary of Mom and Dad's character and I say right back at you. You Arkansawers sure know how to rally around a family in their time of need. Blessing to all of you. Liz.

We are so sorry to hear of the home going of Ralph! But; remember our loss; is heavens gain. Ralph is in heaven; with his Lord and Saviour; walking on streets of gold. He has gone to a far better place of joy and happiness; where there is no pain, sorrow or crying. We will always remember Ralph's bright smile and cheerfulness! He always had a nice friendly hand shake! He was a blessing to all who knew him. We were blessed to have known him for so many years! May you feel the loving comfort and peace that only Jesus can give. Our thoughts and prayers have been with you and will continue to be so in the days to come.

We are so very sorry for your loss of a great husband, father, Papa & friend. Mr. Ralph was a special man. I have many great memories of him, most of them from when I was a little girl. He was always smiling, laughing & teasing us. I know your loss here on earth is great, but heaven is rejoicing as a Godly man comes home. Praying for peace & comfort for all of you at this difficult time. Wish I was home to attend his service.

The memory of Ralph Barbee brings to mind teacher and mentor in the greatest sense of the words. Ralph was always gentle, yet firm in relaying the many lessons in life. Be it teaching one to build a free-standing brick wall, the intricacies of business, or the give and take in relationships, Ralph embodied integrity and sincerity. It will be hard not hearing the "I declare!", "Mercy Pearl", and "Hello beautiful". While the tears flow freely, we will miss him dearly, yet we celebrate in knowing Ralph is with Our Lord Jesus Christ, whole and healthy. Many blessings to each of you.

"But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint." Isaiah 40:31

My dad and mom, Hulan (Ralph's cousin) and Lorene Barbee, really thought a great deal of Ralph. They have lived in Harrold, SD for many years, but they did get down to see your dad and mom in Rogers. They very much enjoyed the visit with you and Ralph, Barbara. We are very sorry to hear of his death and want you to know prayers from all of us are with you all. No matter how much better you know he is now, it is hard to have him leave you.

My prayers are with the family. I'm so glad I had the opportunity to know Ralph. He has left a legacy and was ready to go home. Although he will be missed by all, remember the good fight that he lived and the impact he made on so many.
