Rich helped manage real estate for us in Northwest Arkansas. He was our absolute favorite manager across all our properties. He loved his kids and did everything for them. He cared about the tenants and went above and beyond to keep the properties looking good. He worked extremely hard (frequently sending long emails in the early morning). He was very smart about both people and building/engineering. Overall, he was a great man, and he will be sincerely missed in our organization.

My sympathies go out to his whole family; I'm very sorry for your loss.

Another angel went to heaven.
I can still see that beautiful smile and him giving me the peace sign as he walked out the door to go do inspections for the city.
He will be missed in site but always in our hearts.
Love, prayers and thoughts to the Herrera Family πŸ™πŸ€—πŸ™πŸ€—πŸ’™πŸ’™

A thousand words won't bring you back. I know because I've been trying....Neither will a thousand tears....I know because I've cried....
Rest in peace my dear friend...we should meet again! πŸ’•
Then I heard a voice from heaven say, β€œWrite this: Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on.” β€œYes,” says the Spirit, β€œthey will rest from their labor, for their deeds will follow them.” Revelation 14:13
