

She was born on July 20, 1950, in Hainaut, Belgium, to Michael and Anna Filewicz, and immigrated to New York City with her family in the late 1950s. Stephanie graduated from Bay Ridge High School in Brooklyn, New York.
On July 18, 1973, she married the love of her life, Stanley Pasciak. They shared 48 wonderful years of marriage until Stanley’s passing on December 6, 2021. Together, they built a life in Union, New Jersey, where they lived for more than 40 years.
Stephanie is survived by her three sons: Michael Pasciak and his wife, Melissa; Stephen Pasciak; and Andrew Pasciak and his wife, Heather. She was a devoted and loving grandmother to Katelyn, Aubrey, and Nicholas, who brought her immense joy.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Stanley Pasciak; her sister, Maria Bucik; and her brother, Bohdan Filewicz.
Stephanie dedicated more than 20 years of service to RWJ Barnabas Health in West Orange, New Jersey, where she was known for her kindness and strong work ethic.
In her retirement, she made her home in Rogers, Arkansas, where she cherished time with her grandchildren and enjoyed crocheting, gardening, and baking. She was especially known for making each of her children and grandchildren a special birthday cake, a tradition that will be fondly remembered.
Stephanie was a longtime and active member of St. Vladimir Ukrainian Catholic Church in Elizabeth, New Jersey, and later attended St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Rogers, Arkansas.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 8, at 9:00 a.m. at Rollins Funeral Home in Rogers, Arkansas.
