Tammy was married to the late Richard Howk in October of 2001, and she loved spending time with family and friends. She also enjoyed visiting the casino and yard sales.
She is survived by her sons, Ryan Howk of Rogers, Joshua Gelinas (Aimee) of Oklahoma, Jerrid Gelinas of Siloam Springs, Steven Howk (Colleen) of Texas, Ronnie Crupper of Bentonville, and Kevin Howk (Taylor) of Missouri; brother, Tim Stallings of Missouri; sisters, Vickie Cendroski, Janette Hewlett, and Rhonda Stallings all of Missouri; and 8 grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life will be on Saturday, October 9, 2021 at 10:30am in Rollins Funeral Home Chapel.
