Thomas worked as a farmer and a mechanic. He was a member of the Downtown Church of Christ in Rogers.
He is survived by his children, David Solomon of Rogers, William Solomon of Houston, Tx., Jerry Solomon of Gravette, Cindy Ormiston of Dallas, Tx.; brothers, Arville Solomon of Hurst, Tx., Robert “Bob” Solomon of Colorado Springs, Co.; 10 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Lewis, Charles, Leon; and sisters, Beatrice, Lola, and Rose.
Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 17, at Rollins Funeral Home in Rogers. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday at Rollins Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Cave Springs Cemetery.
