She was born December 23, 1963 in Bentonville, Arkansas to Max and Betty (Garrett) Lough.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Max E Lough II, grandparents Hood and Ruby (Truitt) Lough, and Earl and Edith (Creech) Garrett.
Survivors include her daughters Steph Lough of Washington, DC, Jacqui (Matt) Sammarco Secrist and granddaughter Ainsley Secrist of Joplin, Missouri; sister Terri Lough Harkins of Rapid City, South Dakota; niece Samantha (Nick) Harkins Kummer and grand nieces Freya and Fiona Kummer of Rapid City, South Dakota; nephew Chase Lough of Rogers, Arkansas; aunts Sharon (Wayne) Garrett Latta of Mustang, Oklahoma and Janeece Lough Cate Smith of Cody, Wyoming; and numerous cousins.
Cremation is provided by Rollins Funeral Home with inurnment in Benton County Memorial Park at a later date.
Memorials may be made to any animal shelter or humane society or to anything providing care for horses.
