My husband and I visited Wayne and Alice when we visited Rome Georgia for me to do genealogy and meet up with cousins. Alice was a cousin and we always enjoyed meeting them to have a meal and learn about each others lives. Wayne was such a kind and caring person and we were blessed to get to know him.

For Tim and All the Grubb Family:

My condolences on the passing of your father.
As an introduction, I have 6 years working with Tim, at the HP Account, where we have spent great time together doing EHS.
I don’t know much about your family but, I know Benny was a great person because I see Tim as a hard worker, a good mentor and a caring father. Definitely, he grew up next to a Role Model, who taught him to enjoy outdoors and love mother nature and his family.
With kind regards from Costa Rica, I offer you my thoughts, prayers and well wishes during this time. 💐 Oscar Zeledón, JLL EHS Latin-American Manager.

Tim, Gary and all the family, I share my sympathy for the loss of your dad. I remember many years ago your dad and some of his church fellas came over to Riverside to learn how to play volleyball 'properly' and Earl Skeen had rounded up some of us and we did that several times; with the goal being there could be a church volleyball league if we could play without embarrassing ourselves . I don't think we made it that first year, but we did eventually have a team from each church.
And I remember Wayne and Alice dropping by the tax office about a hundred years ago it seems. I didn't know Alice had also passed.
I intend to make a donation to Alzheimer's in honor of my mother and I have a few other people I want to include. So I will add your dad to my list. Sincerely,

Betty Bray

I am so very sorry to hear of Wayne’s passing. He and his family were my next door neighbors growing up in Celanese on Norwood St. I had a basketball goal in my back yard and I remember Wayne as being a great player. We also played softball in the street in front of our houses Wayne was part of my unforgettable Celanese childhood memories. He was always fun to be around and had a keen sense of humor. Prayers go out to GLENDA, his children and grandchildren and to all his family and friends who have lost such an important influence in their lives. Joan Rush
