Terri, Susan and family,
My sincerest condolences to you in the passing of your mom. Betty was one of a kind, my life is enriched because of her. She was an honest kind woman and I am so glad I got to know her and you. Betty cared about everyone. Oh how she loved her family, she was so proud to talk about you. I admired her and felt privileged to be with her. My time with her was well spent. She will be sorely missed. She has gained her wings. Prayers and love

To Mrs. Betty's family,
We were so sorry to hear of sweet Mrs. Betty passing away. She was truly a special lady to our family! We remember fondly all the outings she shared with my Dad George Gaddie and the meals out and about she shared with my husband Daniel, my Dad George Gaddie and myself! She always had a hug for us or a kind smile at Chapel Hill UMC. She was also very sweet to our Grandmom Ruby Hargis at Renaissance during her time there.
Please know that she will be greatly missed and that your entire family is in our thoughts and prayers!
In God's Love and blessings,
Holly and Daniel Milam and George Gaddie

Betty was one of first ladies we met when my mother moved to Renaissance six years ago.
She was delightful, always warm and funny , caring about others and talking about her family that she loved. My granddaughters delighted in seeing her when they visited their great gran’ma and always recall some cute little straw hats she gave them. What a blessing it was to have gotten to know her. My heart is saddened and I send condolences to her daughters and their families and to her friends at the Renaissance. Sylvia Bernstein

Our family loved Ms. Betty because she became our family through Renaissance. She was a hoot and I can picture her so well on the downstairs sofa in front of the bird cage. She with a group of ladies enjoyed visiting and playing cards with my dad, Roy Underwood. For his July birthday 2019 because she knew he wore cool socks, she gifted him with fun summer grilling socks. I also enjoyed sweet talks with her regarding her faith. Ms. Betty and her humor and love will be greatly missed. Prayers for all her family and friends.
