Chris Christopher Lawler

His parents: Albert and Lillian; his sisters: Dorothy (George) Mann and Marie (Alton) Jackson; his brothers, Albert Jr and Harold Lawler were all there to greet him.

Chris loved the Lord and served Him in many capacities throughout his lifetime.

He also loved his family and friends. And he rarely met a stranger.

Chris was the President of West Rome High School Class of 1965. He loved his classmates and maintained close personal relationships with them throughout his life.

After high school, Chris attended Georgia Tech and upon graduation he became a Civil Engineer. He would spend the next fifty plus years working in his chosen profession.

Chris is survived by his wife, Tammie Lawler; his daughter Shannon (Matt) Quattlebaum and their children: Kate, Jackson, Lily and Anna; his son, Cameron (Kelly) and their son Daniel; his step son, James (Kat) Reach and their son David; and his step daughter Katy Fouts and her son Jaxon; his sister in law, June Lawler, And many nieces and nephews

There will be a graveside service for Chris at East View Cemetery in Rome, Ga on Thursday, March 24th at 12:00 ( noon).

Greg Lawler will preside over the service.
