A native of Rome and Floyd County, Lenora was born on September 16, 1937 and the daughter of the late Lionel A. Marr and Elminie Harper Marr.
She was a graduate of Armuchee High School in 1955 and was a member of Southside Baptist Church of Cedartown. Lenora retired after many years as a freelance court reporter. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her first husband, Bobby Joe Duck and two sons, Michael Alan Duck and Barry Hall.
Lenora is survived by her husband, Ron “Ronnie” Hall of Rome; six children, Connie Singleton, Ronnie Duck, Stephen Duck, Bruce Duck, Alison Hall Cody and Mark Wesley Hall; and two brothers, James Marr and Woody Marr. Several grandchildren and great-grandchildren also survive.
The family received friends at Daniel’s Funeral Home on Thursday, November 12, 2015 from 1:00 PM until 2:30 PM.
A celebration of life memorial service was held Thursday, November 12, 2015, at 2:30 PM in the chapel of Daniel’s Funeral Home with Rev. Joel Smith and Rev. Ron Hall officiating.
