Mr. Moss was born in Rome, GA on December 14, 1959, the son of late Luke Joseph Moss Sr. and Jean LaJuan Smith Moss. He owned and operated Moss Construction for 30+ years. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and spending time with his daughters and grandchildren.
Survivors include three daughters: Promise Garner, Melissa Ellenburg, and Ashlea Ellenburg and their spouses; seven grandchildren: Braxton Garner, Bristol Garner, Hallee Henderson, Hayden Henderson, Parker-Lee Williams, Payton Watson, and Aaron Watson; two sisters: Janice Winterboer and Catherine Graves; and six nieces and nephews: Lee Winterboer, Katherine Winterboer, Jessica Dempsey, John Paul Graves, Margaret Graves, and Jason Jarnagin.
