
Mrs. Hatch was born January 20, 1953 in Griffin, Georgia, daughter of Barbara A. Amspoker and the late Guy E. Amspoker. She graduated from West Rome High School in 1971 and married Randall Joseph Hatch at Frost Chapel on Berry College in June 1975.
Survivors include her husband, Randall J. Hatch of Dalton; her mother, Barbara A. Amspoker of Rome; two daughters, Ginny Hatch of Alpharetta and Katie Hatch Kim and her husband, Stanley Kim, of Gainesville, FL; a granddaughter, Charlotte Kim of Gainesville, FL; and two sisters, Jan Hackett Bybee of Blue Ridge, GA and Julie Keener of Rome. In addition to her father, Mrs. Hatch was preceded in death by her brother, Guy E. Amspoker, Jr. and her mother-in-law, Carolyn Hatch.
A memorial service for Mrs. Hatch was held on Friday, January 23, 2015 at 1:00 pm in the chapel of Daniel’s Funeral Home, 901 East 2nd Avenue SW, Rome, GA 30161 with Dr. D. B. Shelnutt, Jr. officiating. The family received friends from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm on Friday prior to the service.
