She was born in Pittsfield, Massachusetts June 6, 1946. She was the daughter of the late Martin Sharkey and Helena Sharkey. She was also preceded in death by her first born son Thomas Hall.
Maureen resided in Rome most of her life and attended St. Mary’s School, and then on to Coosa High School where she graduated.
Survivors include her brother, Marty Sharkey of Atlanta, her son, Christopher Hall and his wife Stephanie of Rome; grandchildren, Jordan Dean, Hunter Hall, and Logan Hall; and great grandchildren, Makenzie and Madeline Dean.
The family will gather with family and friends on Thursday, February 22, 2018, at Daniel’s Funeral Home from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
