McKay McGregor Waterman

McKay was born in Cliff Cottage, St. John, Barbados, on December 13, 1945, the son of the late Felix McCollin and the late Gweneth Waterman. He was a mason and worked hard all his life.

He is survived by his daughters, Keisha Waterman and Nadine Houghton; his grandchildren, Kalkidan Brumell, Menelik Brumell, Netsanet Brumell, Etana Moten, Keeya Waterman, Nakia Harrison, Dashawn Harrison; his greatgrandchildren, Elijah Brumell-Perez, Iliana Brumell-Perez, Jadaya Harrison and Kailani Harrison; his sisters, Lolita Bowen, Barbara Waterman, Elva Leacock, Olivia Steele, Meldine Lord, and Yvonne Brewster; his brothers, Bernard Waterman and Alvin McCollin; his nieces, Kathy-Ann McCollin, Jennifer Legall-Harris, and Joe-Ann Grant; and his nephews, Andrew Gittens, Barry Steele, Gregory McCollin, and Dwayne Waterman.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, November 23, 2025 at 1:00pm in the Chapel of Daniel’s Funeral Home with Pastor Kenneth Murray officiating. The family will receive friends on Sunday, November 23, 2025 from 12:00 pm until the service time.
