Roxine was born in California on January 5,1955, the daughter of Charles Witchell and Dawn Baker. She was deeply loved by her family and loved her family. She will be remembered as a great mother and grandmother. She was an avid reader and loved to sing and spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Witchell, her Dad, Harold “Kirk” Kirkendall, her mother, Dawn Baker Kirkendall, and her aunt, Marilyn Van Enger; and her ex-husband and father of her children, Mark Handy.
She is survived by her three children, Rana Strabley (Chris), Jennifer Handy, and Micheal Handy; her grandchildren, Rhyan Handy, Heaven Handy, and Bowen Strabley; her brother, David Witchell; her sister, Robyn Rohla; her aunt, Faith Pagones.
No services are planned at this time and in keeping with her wishes she will be cremated.
