Mr. Thomas Deweese Kramer, 68, of Rome passed away April 12, 2013. He was born in Dayton, Ohio, son of Thomas Edwin Kramer and Margaret Ann Deweese Kramer. Suvivors include his wife, Susan Kramer of Rome and a brother, Terry Kramer of Delaware, Ohio. No local services were held.
