Timothy is survived by his loving wife, Ezra Ruth Mosley; his parents, Jeff and Brenda Mosley; his grandmother, Shirley Frachiseur; his brother Jessie (Ashley) Mosley; and two nephews, Lane and Ryder Mosley. He has five uncles, four aunts, and a host of cousins. Timothy is preceded in death by his grandfathers, J.W Frachiseur, James Mosley, and Robert Lay; his grandmother, Catherine Lay; and his uncle, Jerome Mosley.
The funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 19, 2026, at 2 p.m. with burial to follow at Floyd Memorial Gardens. Family will receive friends on Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m, and Thursday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m at the funeral home. Serving as pallbearers will be Jessie Mosley, Chris Mosley, Justin Frachiseur, Daniel Frachiseur, Wyatt Carden, and Ethan Frachiseur.
