Mrs. Christian was born in Floyd County on October 21, 1920, daughter of John W. Adams and Suzy Grant Adams. She was married to Charles L. Conn in 1938 and after his death married Frank D. Christian in 1968, who also preceded her in death.
Survivors include her daughter, Peggy Conn Leithauser; four grandchildren, Leanna Lesley, Don Leithauser Jr, Conn Leithauser, and Jimmy Leithauser; and six Great Grandchildren.
Graveside interment services were held on Wednesday, February 6, 2013 at 11:00 am in East View Cemetery, Rome, with the Reverend Jeff Chadwick officiating.
