Mrs. Esther Lucille Sherdauhl Bennett

April 13, 1910 – January 15, 2012

Esther Lucille Bennett passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 15, 2012, at her Heritage Manor residence in Kindersley, SK, at the age of 101.

She has left behind and will be missed by daughters Barbara Abbott (Ken), Pattie Miller (Bill), grandchildren Tracy Amiss, Brent Abbott (Nikki), Brad Abbott (Terri), and Kelly Abbott, as well as seven great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren, sister-in-law Mabel Sherdahl (Kenneth Avon), and brother-in-law Harry Bennett.

Esther is predeceased by her husband Sydney who passed away May 19 1985, as well as parents Nellie and Herman Sherdahl, and brothers Harvey, Kenneth Burt, Roy, Gordon, Ralph, and Kenneth Avon.

Funeral Service for Esther will be held on Saturday, January 21, 2012, at the Rosetown United Church at 2:00pm, with Reverend Jo-Ann Hills officiating, followed by interment when she will be laid to rest beside her soulmate, Syd, where they can reconnect and start the next chapter of their lives.

Finally, we would like to thank the many wonderful nurses and staff of Heritage Manor in Kindersley, for caring about and taking care of our Mother/Grandmother/Auntie/Friend/Mentor. Words cannot describe how grateful we are that she had you.
