Angela Faith Kennedy

Angela “Angel” Faith Kennedy was born on May 14,1964, in Lincoln, Nebraska to Sgt. Arthur Kennedy and Ouida Clayton-Kennedy. On March 7, 2023, Angel passed away in Reno, Nevada leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and inspiration. Angel lived a life full of adventure and purpose. She relished the thrill of amusement park rides, sky diving and parasailing. She loved trying new things. Her purpose was putting her heart and soul into the food she prepared and witnessing the joy it brought to others. She was an amazing chef. Her love for people gave her an opportunity to be a life mentor to many throughout her life. Her formative years she attended school in Nebraska and Colorado. She finished her collegiate ambition in Patisserie & Baking at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts where she homed in her craft as a classical trained chef. She started her own private chef company called An Enlightened Palate, where she specialized in the high-profile clientele market. She was an outstanding chef, entrepreneur, writer, singer, and visual artist along with many other talents and gifts. She had a love for reading, food, music, competitive gaming, travel, fashionable clothes especially shoes. Preceded in death is her mother Ouida Clayton-Allen and sister Alesia “Missy” Dailey. Angel leaves behind her father Arthur Kennedy, her sisters: Thomasine Allen-Chambers of New York, NY; ReDonna Allen-Cox of Dallas, TX; Audrey Blackmon (Allen) of Indio, CA; and Sherrie Black (Charles) of Mableton, GA.; her niece: Michaela Cox, and nephews: William Cox, Blair Blackmon (Astrid), Jestin Blackmon (Erika), Isaiah Davis, and Robert Davis. She also leaves behind her grand-nephews: Santale Cephus, Samir Cox, and Samadhi Cox and her grand-nieces: Emma Davis, Alina Blackmon, Araya Blackmon. Moreover, she leaves behind a host of cousins and friends. We are still in disbelief and shock. You will truly be missed and never ever forgotten! We love you, Angel…Rest Well.
