Daniel lived in Los Banos, CA with his paternal grandmother Stefanie Frances (Nani) for over a year and a half. Daniel worked in the food industry as a server and bartender.

Daniel spent the first 5 years of his life in San Jose with mom, papa, nani and Stefie Tia. Daniel moved to San Diego in the first grade. During his middle school years, he lived in Valley Center and when he was 16, he returned to live with Nani in San Jose. Daniel was a huge part of Cathedral of Faith Youth (COFY). He learned how to play the guitar and became a worship leader for the children’s ministry and youth ministry. He had a beautiful soft singing voice. He served as an intern for the Pastors and Lynn Lazo. He went on missions with the youth group to Puerto Rico and down to Southern California to serve.
Daniel was known for his loving, kind, sweet spirit. He hugged and loved everyone he met. He was very creative and loved to sketch, paint and draw and play music. He could make up a song about anything. Daniel also loved to dance! He was a great cook and made the best chocolate chip cookies. Daniel loved the beach and would spend a lot of time at the beaches in San Diego, Oceanside and Carlsbad beach.
Daniel loved his siblings and even though they drove him crazy he always showed them he was there for them.
Daniel made your day just by seeing his smile getting a warm hug. We will miss that smile and those hugs.
Daniel is HOME in heaven and the promise we have in the Lord is that we will see him again.
The Bible tells us that if we believe that Jesus is the Son of God, was crucified, died and was buried, and on the 3rd day arose again from the dead and is ALIVE today, we just have to ask him to forgive our sins, come in to our hearts, make Him the Lord and Savior of our lives from this day forward and we will have Eternal life with Him in heaven. Daniel made this commitment and that is the guarantee we know that we WILL see him again in Heaven.
