Debra Ann Stites

Debra Ann Stites, age 73 of Fair Oaks CA passed away on Wednesday September 9th 2026 peacefully in her home. She was born on April 7 th, 1953 in Sacramento CA. Debra would go on to build a life and family in Sacramento where she resided. In addition to her parents, Debra was preceded in death by her brother Michael Marquette and sister Teresa Baker.

Throughout her life she had also built a family of her own, where she is survived by her three children; John Fleenor, Shannon Ortega, and Brian Fleenor.

Debra is also survived by her loving husband of 31 years, Carroll D. Stites and will be remembered by her grandchildren Brandon Villar, Tyson Fleenor, Stacie Thomas, John Boy Fleenor, Kristin Mansfield, Cynthia Sacramento, Julia Ortega, Joey Fleenor, Victoria Grey and Kyla Wenzel along with many great grandchildren friends and family that will miss her dearly.

Debra had many hobbies throughout her life that brought her joy, some of her favorites were tending to her garden, reading, watching black and white tv shows as well as cooking and baking for her family, those that are now our family traditions which will be passed on for many years to come. Being near the ocean, camping in nature and spending time with family was her favorite place to be.

Debra was the rock of our family, and she will be missed greatly by every person that was lucky enough to know her.
