Helen Ann Fellowes, lovingly known as Helly, passed away peacefully on July 12, 2025, in California. Born on October 12, 1960, in Dublin, Ireland, Helen was one of eight children in a large Irish Catholic family that shaped her deep sense of faith, warmth, and devotion to others.

As a young woman, she made her home in California, where she spent the rest of her life surrounded by love, friendship, and purpose. Helen worked for many years at Sutter Health, where she became a cherished part of her community — not just for her skill and dedication, but for the kindness and compassion she showed to every person in her care.

Helen’s life was rich in connection. She was a devoted mother and a proud grandmother to her beloved Caleb, whom she adored beyond words. She had a gift for making people feel seen, safe, and loved. Whether through a gentle word, a thoughtful gesture, or simply showing up when it mattered, Helen left a legacy of grace and quiet strength.

She was deeply loved in both Ireland and California — two places that shaped her and were forever made better by her presence.

Helen is survived by her six siblings: Gabriel, Philip, Josephine, Rona, Paul, and Mark, as well as many dear friends and extended family who will carry her memory forward with love.

A funeral service will be held at Lambert Funeral Home, located at 400 Douglass Blvd., Roseville, CA.
