

He is preceded in death by his parent’s, Juan and Ana Carbullido, sisters Ruth and Helen, brothers Joseph, August, and Pete, sons Jesse C., Brady-Dean, Kenneth, and most recently Paul. Jess is survived by his loving wife, Adelina, daughters Anne, Deena, and Kimberley, sons Darrell, and John, numerous grand-children, great grand-children, great-great grand-children, brothers Kelly, James, and John, and respective nieces and nephews.
Jess was a proud member of the United States Air Force and retired as a Master Sergeant (E-7). His Civil Service working career concluded as an Inspector General for the United States Air Force. He enjoyed billiards, deep sea fishing, hunting, and golf. He was a natural wood and masonry craftsman and enjoyed building numerous wooden and concrete projects for his family throughout the years, with patio covers being his most popular request. He also enjoyed being a part of organizing family reunions.
Some, but not all, of Jess’ major achievements include:
• Child-survivor of World War II
• Retiring from the United States Air Force with 22+ years of Honorable service to his country which included two tours in Vietnam as an Air Force Ranger with the 1041st Security Police Squadron for Operation Safeside
• Received numerous awards as a Salesman for Cadillac in the 1970’s thru the 1980’s
• Founding Father of the Chamorro Social Clubs both northern and southern California
• Carrying his granddaughter Desiree from the delivery room to the maternity ward
Family and friends are invited to a visitation, funeral mass, and reception on Thursday, August 24, 2023, at St. Clare Catholic Church located at 1950 Junction Blvd, Roseville, CA 95747:
10:00am – 10:30am – Visitation/Viewing for Immediate Family Only
10:30am – 2:00pm – Visitation/Viewing for Public
2:00pm – 3:00pm – Funeral Mass
3:00pm – 6:00pm – Reception at Morris Hall (building next to church)
