Joseph Kine Jr.

Kine, Joseph L., Jr., born on January 7, 1933 , passed away on September 1, 2010 in Granite Bay,California. The loving son of Joseph, Sr. and Mildred(Newbery) Kine, was born in Boulder City's Tent City during the construction of the Hoover Dam. Joe still holds records unbroken track and football records at Boulder City High School receiving recognition as an "All American" in Football and receiving a 4 year Football scholarship to the University of Utah. joe received his Master's at California State university, Sacramento. Joe was a pilot with the united States Air Force and the Air Force reserves. He was the Deptment Head and Special Education Teacher at Rio Americano High school. Joe is survived by his loving wife of 29 years, Charlotte Kine; children, Lindsay Hilton(Jim), Susan Chapman(Bill), David Kine (Anna) and peter Kine; Step-daughter, Michelle Stephens(Myron); 8 grandchildren, Sidney, Logan, Austin,mathew, taylor,Cole,Olivia,sophie;brother, Dean Kine;sister, Dorothy rants(Jack); former wife, Rae Kine. A Celebration of his life will be held on Friday, September 10, 2010 at 4;00 p.m. at the Faith Episcopal Church, Cameron park, CA
