

Born on January 24, 1938, in Chicago, Illinois, passed away peacefully on March 14, 2022. He was preceded in death by his parents Rudolph and Mildred. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Polytimi Griva Peters, and children Maria Wootton, David, and Rudy/Vasilis; grandchildren Steven and Michael Wootton, Blain, Tyler, and Ashtyn Peters. Kenny is also survived by his siblings Jim Slovick and Tom Peters; son-in-law Randy Wootton and daughter-in law Patti. He will also be remembered by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Kenny served in the US Air Force for over 30 years in aircraft maintenance and cable, antenna, and electronics installation. He was stationed in numerous places in the US and abroad including Greenland, Greece, Turkey, Taiwan, and Germany and upon honorable retirement from he USAF, he worked for the US federal civil service at various military stations in transportation. Kenny always loved to build things, storage sheds, cabinets, intricate wooden model airplanes, etc. and happily kept busy building his airplanes as long as he was able.

A funeral service will occur Tuesday, March 29, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, 1001 Stone Canyon Drive, Roseville, CA 95661. A graveside service will occur Tuesday, March 29, 2022 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Roseville Cemetery, 421 Berry Street, Roseville, CA 95678.
