

Paul was born in Harrison, Michigan. He proudly served his country in the US Air Force for 21 years, including tours of duty in Vietnam, Korea and Japan. He retired in Sacramento, California where he most recently lived. In the Air Force, he was a communications specialist and later worked at the US Postal Service. Paul enjoyed woodworking and landscaping in his backyard. He was known for his attention to detail and his sweet tooth.
He is survived by his wife, Harumi; his daughters Cindy Quitugua (Tony) and Michelle Verbrugge (Joe); his grandchildren Steven (Joy), Sarah (Garrett), Hannah, Claire, Rachel and Amelia; his four great grandchildren and his sisters Alice and Liz. He is predeceased by his parents Mary and Clifford and his brother, Don.
A service will be held at Lambert Funeral Home, 400 Douglas Blvd, Roseville, CA on November 9th at 2pm .
Donations to honor his memory may be given to the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
