Rose is preceded in death by her husband of 66 years Eugene.She is survived by her children Joseph(Carol) Ticer, Christine(Jerry) Hicks, David(Lisa) Ticer, Marilyn (David) Meek, and Margaret Ticer, her 10 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
Rose enjoyed church, crafts and garage sales. She cherished her family and friends. Some of her major achievements include her marriage of 66 years and raising 5 children.
A visitation will be held on December 15, 2025, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at Lambert Funeral Home, located at 400 Douglas Blvd, Roseville, CA 95678.
The funeral service will follow at the same location from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm.
A Graveside service will take place at Sylvan Cemetery District, 7401 Auburn Blvd, Citrus Heights, CA 95610, from 1:00 pm to 1:30 pm on the same day.
