Arthur F. Rapp, III, age 75, of Las Vegas, Nevada passed away Wednesday, August 10, 2016. Beloved husband of Billie Rapp; dear father to Cheryl (Roger) Ward and Catherine (David) Roehl; loving grandfather to Glen (Alex Barger) Ward; great-grandfather to Adriana Marie Ward; and brother to Gloria "Ducky" Isaacs and Richard Rapp. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Saturday, August 20, 2016 at Kaul Funeral Home, 27830 Gratiot, Roseville, MI 48066. A funeral service will take place at 1:00 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
