Cecil R. McComb, Jr., age 84 of Roseville , passed away May 27, 2011. Beloved husband of the late Lucy. Loving father of Sandra (Mark) Renius, Carol MacDonald, Diane Boyd and Pam McComb (Teresa Higginbotham). Proud grandfather of 12 and great-grandfather of 14. Dear brother of Melvin McComb and Esther Doral. Cecil was a proud Korean War Veteran and retired from the City of Roseville ’s Water Department after 32 years of service.
