So sad to learn of Dwayne's passing...what a wonderful guy...generous, friendly, funny! Saw him just days before Christmas..he loved getting his Milky Ways & Diet Pepsi! I got the biggest hug goodbye! Will miss him!! One of a kind guy! He mentioned his birth date..I will forever remember him..it is the same day as my dad's! Rest in peace, Dwayne!

Dwayne was an amazing guy! When I would work with him he always had a new idea of where he wanted to go! we went to the mall, where he saw this gold ring THAT HE HAD TO HAVE! after that day I never saw him without it!
I also had the pleasure of going to New Orleans with him! We went on 2 walking tours where we saw the tombs and went in the ghost tours! then we went to Burbon street where he recieved bead and this woman just started to put birds on him!

Dwayne was one of a kind. He had a great sense of humor and a smile to go along with it. He absolutely loved animals, especially cats! We had a neighborhood cat that we named Spot at Stoney creek house that he enjoyed seeing. Buddy I will miss you!

Dwayne was my partner in crime, we schemed all sorts of wonderful ideas together all because he loved seeing the joy on people’s faces when he gave them something. He always wanted to host huge all day events, and I couldn’t manage it so I had to talk him into small lunch time events. We passed out crepes, s’mores, gourmet grilled cheese, hot chocolate, and had all sorts of other events (usually based around food), but he also loved hosting scavenger hunts. He always wanted to give out fabulous prizes. Recently we discussed how annoying people on diets were because they wouldn’t enjoy our treats, and how he didn’t trust me to have another grilled cheese event because of all the smoke I created in the building from burning them. Dwayne wanted to serve other people, and had a heart that loved through action. I remember going with him to get his 2 cats and how excited he was. He wanted to get a black cat because he knew those were the least likely to get adopted. Dwayne loved horror movies, but he was very picky about them, if they were PG-13 he wasn’t interested, not gruesome enough. One of my other favorite memories was when Dwayne came to a color run and got green color in his hair, for some reason it stayed there for weeks, no one else had any problems. Dwayne was a dear friend of mine and I wish I was telling all of his family how special he was to me in person, unfortunately my mom died a day before Dwayne and so I am still settling things related to that. I will miss him.
