Eleonora D. Conell

Conell, Eleonora D.; age 89 of Eastpointe, passed suddenly, April 11, 2017. Eleonora is the beloved wife of the late George (d.1977). She is survived by her loving children, Frank (Mandy Klingler), Robert (Donna Organek), Arthur (Barbara Schober) and Gerald (Richard Studebaker); siblings, Irene Janiszewski (the late Joseph), Virginia Prill, Raymond Durda (Lexie), and Leonard Durda (Pat); grandchildren, Nicholas, Christina Jahic (Emir), Alexandra, Jonathan, Corey, Chad and Evan; and great grandchild, Dean. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Joseph Durda (Lillian), Henry Durda (the late Alice), Stanley Guzal and Annie Miyamoto. She was the fourth of nine children. Eleonora retired from Henry Ford Health System where she worked as a Nurse’s Aide. In retirement, she enjoyed seeing her grandchildren, playing bingo, and weekly breakfast outings with her friends. Visitation will be held Tuesday, April 18th from 2-9 pm with a 7 pm rosary at the Kaul Funeral Home, 27830 Gratiot Ave., Roseville, MI 48066. Funeral Mass will be held Wednesday, April 19th, 10 am (in state 9:30 am) at St Basil the Great, 22851 Lexington Ave., Eastpointe, MI 48021. Internment Resurrection Cemetery, Clinton Township.
