Frederick Ellsworth Quinlan, II, age 43, passed away February 2, 2021. Beloved husband of Tammy Collins-Quinlan. Loving father of Jaiden Collins-Turner and Donivan Frederick Quinlan. Dearest son of Fred and Bonny Quinlan. He was survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins that he truly loved. Frederick was predeceased by his grandparents. Frederick was born in Winchester Hospital in Massachusetts. Frederick graduated from Deltona High School in Florida, graduating class of 1995. He acquired his associate degree from Devry University in Florida; he was the graduating class of 2002. His degree was in computer electronics. Frederick enjoyed working as a technician at Budget Electric Generators in Clinton Township, Michigan. He loved to fish, playing with his sons and all outdoor activities with his family. Fred, Tammy, and their kids favorite time of year was Halloween. Fred and his wife Tammy loved to sing together. Many years ago Fred’s mother, Bonny dedicated the song by Lee Ann Womack “I Hope You Dance” to Fred. Visitation will be on Tuesday, February 16, 2021 from 6pm until time of memorial service at 7pm at Kaul Funeral Home of Roseville. Additional Services in Florida will be announced at a later date.
