
Frederick, a dedicated public servant and beloved family man, passed away after a life well-lived. Frederick served the city of Roseville for an extraordinary 50 years, beginning his career as an officer and rising through the ranks to retire as Deputy Chief of the Roseville Police Department. His commitment to the community was unwavering.
Outside of his professional life, Frederick had a lifelong passion for sports. He was an avid golfer and found great joy in football and softball. His love for athletics extended to mentoring younger generations. He loved the friendly competition of playing cards with friends and family. Above all, Frederick cherished his family. His presence will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
Beloved husband of Sharon married for 61 years. Loving father of Dawn (Jeff) Fowlkes and Fred (Karen) Stein. Proud grandfather Rick (Michelle) Stein, Jonah Goyke and Josh Goyke and great-grandfather of Emma Rose Stein and Ameila Marie Stein. He was predeceased by his parents Fred and Charlotte Stein, his siblings and his grandson, Nick Goyke.
