George Reid McCarver

George Reid McCarver, age 71, passed away on August 5, 2026. He was born on January 10, 1955 in Detroit, Michigan to his late parents James and Naomi McCarver. George is survived by his beloved wife of 54 years, Elizabeth; loving children: George McCune, Ron (Kristy) McCune, Cassie (Joe) Tucker; 10 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren; and siblings: Roy (Lanis), Anita, and Barbara. Visitation, Sunday, August 9, 2026 from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Kaul Funeral, 27830 Gratiot Ave., Roseville. Burial to take place, Monday, August 10, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Detroit, Michigan.
