Joan Liley Carrier, age 78, a resident of Roseville, passed away October 2, 2013. Mrs. Carrier was born January 24, 1935 in Ishpeming, Michigan. Joan belonged to the Half Century Club, and the American Veterans. Beloved wife of the late Raymond. Loving, caring mother of Charlotte (Joseph Lombardo), Terrance (Barbara), Patricia, Joseph (Sue), Norma (Christopher) Migliore, Brian (Barbara), Allan (Sheri) and Joan Marie (Robert Schirmer). Proud grandmother of 22 grandchildren, and 17 great-grandchildren. Joan has 8 brothers and sisters. Visitation will be Sunday, October 6, 2013 from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. The funeral will be held on Monday, October 7, 2013 at 9:30 am at St. Veronica Church at 21440 Universal Ave Eastpointe.
