Judith was born on March 2, 1940, to Owen and Alma Harriman. Judith grew up at Calvary Baptist Church and was a member there until 1992. She then attended Wesleyan Community Church from 1993 until 2020.
In her early life, Judith worked as a secretary at Fasteners Corporation. She married Frank Ciocan in 1959.
She was very active in her church, she worked as a Sunday School teacher, superintendent, VBS leader and worked in the kitchen at Camp Calvary.
Judith was a devoted member of the church’s missionary circle, where she shared her faith and compassion through service to others. She worked on providing whatever the missionaries needed.
Judith and her husband loved gardening and canning. She was a talented seamstress and crocheter, she had award winning quilts.
Beloved wife of the late Frank Ciocan. Loving mother of James (Susan) Ciocan and Michael (Carolyn) Ciocan. Proud grandmother of Alex (Allison) Ciocan and great-grandmother of Hazel Ciocan. Dearest sister Sue, Judith was predeceased by her parents Owen and Alma Harriman; her sisters Janet and Sally.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, from 10AM until the time of Funeral Service 11AM at Cornerstone Baptist Church, 17017 East 12 Mile Rd, Roseville, MI 48066.
