Maggie was known for her kindness. She touched the lives of everyone she met with her generosity, compassion, and warmth. Maggie made everyone feel valued and loved, and she will be missed by those who knew her.
Deeply committed to her community, Maggie served on several committees and boards for the City of Roseville, including the Citizens Advisory Committee, Rosefest, and the Parks and Recreation Board.
A devoted Optimist, Maggie was a charter member of the Roseville Optimist Club and a member of the St. Clair Shores Optimists. At the Michigan District level, she has served as past District Secretary/Treasurer, Lt. Governor, Chair of A&A and PGI, and a member of the finance committee. She helped build 3 clubs for the Michigan District Optimists, served as the District representative for the Women’s Philanthropy Council, and held many other positions. Her generosity to the Optimist International Foundation made her a distinguished benefactor. Her dedication to service and helping others made a lasting impact on her community.
Maggie is survived by her brother George (Dr. Kathy) Rollinger, favorite sister, Michelle (Chris) Kauffold, and the late Jerry (Kathy) Rollinger. Proud aunt to four: Jason (Jaime Thompson) Rollinger, Shelby (Adam) Mader, Elena Rollinger, and Maria Rollinger. Maggie was preceded in death by her parents, George and Melanie Rollinger.
Maggie's memory will be forever cherished by her family, friends, and the community she served. Those who knew and loved Maggie are invited to join in honoring her remarkable life and the mark she left.
Visitation will be Sunday, July 27, 2025, from 3PM until 8PM at Kaul Funeral Home, 27830 Gratiot Avenue, Roseville, MI. In state Monday, July 28, 2025, from 10AM until time of Funeral Mass at 11AM at St. Ephrem Catholic Church, 38900 Dodge Park Rd, Sterling Heights, MI.
